Can't provide any insight as to what value the non-us patents have. But according to the commercialization agreement when it comes to litigation Moore and PTSC ought to help out if requested by TPL. Or similar such wording. It is out of our hands. Our input is only required if asked for. See commercialization agreement under litigation. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.
