- shareholder value. I think RG has increased PTSC's value. It's just not yet reflected in the pps.

- shareholder trust. RG has more trust than any other prior CEO, and definitely more than the BOD.

- awareness in the market. Just becuase the market is not buying millions of shares, does not mean it is not aware of the company. Perhaps waiting for the right time to jump in?

- seriousness. Where has past actions indicated that RG is not serious?

- professionalism. RG certainly possesses the credentials. Disagreement on how certain things are handled, does not not necessarily equate to not being professional. Here I think you are referring more to the company image as opposed to RG personally. And there you have a point but, in all fairness, much of the image distruction took place before he signed on.
