The current MMP revs are not representative of the past. We all know why. If we assume eventual recert by the USPTO w/o loss of teeth, why wouldn't you expect at least the historic MMP revenue levels, if not more? I'm having some difficulty following your pie logic, unless you are assuming the loss of most of the MMP in the reexam process. Is that your expectation?
