If you read what Moore posted, I do not know how you come up with that statement. Moore believed the agreement did not assign all his rights to the MMP. At least that is the way I interpeted it.

Moore wants to enforce the agreement he says he has with TPL. There is no other agreement currently being litigated to my knowledge.

Please refer to all the license prs. They all say that the MMP is jointly owned by PTSC and TPL. If nothing has changed, why should PTSC purposely muddy the waters?
