Wasn't there an ownership issue brought up in Texas during the J's trial? I seem to remember a sealed pacer doc about this that lead to a lot of speculation. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I seem to remember that some thought it was due to the Higgins debacle? Could it have been related to this Moore issue? Could this be a reason for the MOU? Wondering out loud, and maybe way off base.
