If the commercialization agreement was being rewritten, that might be sufficient cause for RG not to discuss the MMP.

It does seem weird that both TPL and PTSC are keeping silent on the MMP, yet Moore goes on willy nilly. Perhaps proof that he no longer has any ownership in the MMP? Trying to make it difficult for Leckrone to negotiate a new agreement (to Leckrones liking) with PTSC? Seems to be giving the appearance of trying to squeeze what he can out of the situation he finds himself in. How do others read it?
