The threat of a class action suit is implied by all of this shareholder activism talk - is it not? What other action could have any real effect on management? It was you who didn't respond directly to my rational questions. By the way - I didn't start all of this talk. Oh - it just happens to be a lawyer that is behind the initial gathering of shareholder names and share count etc. What was that all about again? Oh-could it have been the first phase in a potential lawsuit?

If you think the average shareholder would benefit by such an action or by the threat of same - think again. There is a great big internet out there. Do some research before you take a condescending tone on this topic.
