I read all the stuff and it looks as if Henneman is in agreement with the THREE (!) examiners in most cases.
They canceled some claims of the '366 to end confusion about "independent" and they added some claims to clarify the existing claims.
Though not being an expert in the patent area I get the feeling both sides are working towards a reasonable solution, which is NOT a rejection, but a new installed '336.
Opinions from our technical experts very welcome especially to those amended claims and what they mean regarding the "teeth" of the patent.
