Per your many conversations with JW did he ever specifically state that we would not be receiving any royalties this coming quarter? I know AMD stated that they never used our tech or don`t intend to but I don`t see why they would pay $3m just to reiterate their point. Actually it`s probably that they weren`t so confident about their infringement stance, hence, the hedge. I still feel we are owed royalties going forward on any 336 infringement. I mean, if they have used it in the past they are using it now as well. AMD stated that they have not nor intend to use ``Ignite`` but did they say anything about 336? Maybe they are tip-toeing around the guilt?? Anyway enough of my rambling.
