I'm not sure if it means what I think it means, but in the Information Disclosure Statement from the new request, two new patents are listed besides Ledzius, Kato and McDermott (and Moore with the 336):
- Richter 4,853,841 from 08/1989
- Dozier 4,348,743 from 09/1982
The request from Toshiba from 2006 cited the patents by Uhlenhoff, Ledzius, Little, McDermott, Talbot and Kat.
The request from Pupbat from 2007 has Ledzius, Brenig, Hanamura, Thaden, Boney in it.
Could it be that the patents from Richter and Dozier are the reasons for this new request? Anyone here who knows the technical facts and details of those two patents compared to the '336?
