There have been many questions today. Who, what for, what next, why, how can that be, etc...

The flow chart simply allows those interested to study how this whole thing works and why after we just went through all this, why we might have to do it again.

I'm also agreeing with you that the recent 336 reexam was likely submitted by one of the current litigants.

In the Acer/Gateway Pacer they comment specifically about a "substantial new question of patentability" that was submitted on the 890. The patent flow chart clairifies this is a viable proceedure for someone to make new challenges to our patent. (the 336 again)

I think through a multitude of posts today most of these questions have been addressed to the best of the boards ability.

Many questions still remain. How good is this new firm? What new information have they found? Why is PTSC's name on the paperwork? What hoops do we need to jump through now? Will this process ever be over?
