Two patents have been finally rejected (the ‘5841 and ‘336 patents), two patents have non-final rejections pending (the ‘148 and ‘749 patents), and the PTO has, within the last three weeks, ordered reexamination of the remaining ‘890 patent due to its determination that there is a “substantial new question of patentability” affecting the asserted claims.
