Looking at all of the licensing that we know the fee amounts for, on AVERAGE, an MMP license costs a licensee $1 for every $2536 it makes in revenues. However, if you look at what licensees have paid, since the numbers for the J3 settlement became know, ie anything that is in this Fiscal Year, then the fee goes to $1 for every $4565 in revenues made. So using those two different averages, licensing for Q4 would be $6.29M or $3.58M to pDS. Using ONLY the Asustek license as a benchmark and it might be as little as $686K.

Considering the '584 is emerging re-validated and the '336 is in what could be a similar deal, the truth is likely to be somewhere in between these numbers. Best if it's on the high side!! Hear that RG!?
