I've been away in the UAE on business and just returned. I see much has transpired here in the last few weeks: another MMP licensee (Varian), Crossflo/GSA, 584 re-certification. I should go away more often ;-)

I have not read the PAIR documents on the '584 as of yet, but I'll take a look soon. I must admit, though, that the patent re-exam process has always held a bit of mystery for me, so don't expect any insight that is more than what some of the knowledgeable folk here have already provided (many understand that area far better than I).
