Yes, I see that this is a possibility. Just assumed that when we dropped the 584 from the T3 litigation we would have dropped it for Barco too.

But.

I'm sure we can't wait this long to let the examiner know about that litigation. Perhaps and oversight? Maybe the letter does some explaining? Are we sure the 584 is still in play with Barco?
