One claim, 29, was refined to remove the prior art arguments. I humbly suggest that it still has all the teeth that it had prior to the re-examination

I suggest that you find out the meaning of "refined" and show me how that broadens the claim. To help you: 4 : to reduce in vigor or intensity (Merriman-Webster)

Please don't say that you believe that claims 1 through 28 are worthless without the benefit of the refined claim 29.
