I can understand not being permited to talk about negoiations between TPL and individual licensees to a certain extent. But when no mention is made about the German Court re-validation until after it was publicly announced, and considering I didn't even know we were being challenged in Germany , I have some difficulty accepting. Are we, or are we not preceding there ? Is it that we are waiting for the details of their decision in writing? It should not be so much of a guessing game. We were never informed about the rift between Moore and TPL. I don't need details, I realize there are legal aspects to consider, I just need to know there could be a problem, and it is or is not, being resolved.

If you go to Vegas, the dealer gives you some cards, then says make your bets but never look at your cards. Would you do it? I think you would consider that outrageous. What is the difference?
