My observation of OTC stock forums, is there seems to be a fairly consistent mind set, in that many choose to bicker, make personal comments etc, vs discussing the pros and cons, news events, and finacials to name a few topics, concerning their ownership of the stock.

I have participated or just lurked on many boards over the last 15 years +/-, with regards to many stocks, ETF's, MF's and of course, OTC outfits. For whatever reason, and I can't put my finger on it, the OTC boards has more "mud slinging" than the others.

IMO, Agora does the best job of monitoring posts, and has set up a limited amount of self control of these boards thru the Hub Leaders. The six rules of use are very clear, and sorta wondering if all here have read them?

On another board that I participate in, the last 3-4 months has had some posting styles and comments that stepped over the line. Apparently, complaints to Agora's General Inbox by many, not just HL's, plus the deleting and flagging of posts, has caused Agora to take these actions: a) move posts to the OTF, b) delete posts that violate one of the 6 rules and c) warn users and BAN users. They warned us no less than 3 times that if we "did not play nice" appropriate action would take place, it has, and it's a shame it came to this.

Hey, I'm new to this board, but not new to the world and have the hair color to prove it, what's left of it anyway (LOL) so my obervation is, the PTSC board shows signs of my other one, and if we continue down this path, it won't be pleasant.

One thing I always keep in mind when reading or posting, is for the most part, we are all strangers, the personalities vary widely, and the purpose of being here, maybe better said...goals/agenda, varies as well.

My intent is not to brow beat anyone, tell anyone how to post or what is relevant or not, but to suggest that a day may come that Agora "spanks" a few in here, and this is something that can be avoided. I have witnessed the results of Agora's actions, for not playing the game correctly, and it's no fun at all.

This is a very knowlegable group, as is my other one, and I learn much by just reading. I think we need to keep in mind also, that more probably lurk than post, and it is a portion of ones DD, and I do mean IMO a portion, before buying or selling. The point is, what kind of image does this group want to portray?

I sure hope my comments have not offended anyone, it most certainly was not my intent, just providing a heads up from an older fella, so that this board gives to the participants what they came here for.
