With regard to the MMP, RG has said in clear terms that the USPTO process is just that a process..and anything involving the government is a long and somewhat painful process. In the end, it may well be worth the wait..even if modified via give and take. I am sure that PTSC and TPL are diligently working on this and have a strategic plan of sorts in this regard - what that is remains to be seen - hense the silence.
