If you couple the fact that numerous of our partners have a known contratual award with $$$ (not sure how much), I think it makes the outcome a little more interesting. Especially when those announcements are timed with our news of the GSA award. Yes time will tell..but I think we are armed with some facts about our partners that make it more telling..
