See.. since too many MMs on the ask.. UBS has some shares to sell... drop the ask to .118

after he sells... he could move off the ask and sit at a higher ask amount.... leaving just NITE and ABLE. NITE is on the bid and ask...so they are playing balanced looks like... hasnt lowered his bid... even though he is a full .01 over the next MM
