Good thought, optymystic. This is the big question:
"Hoping we get a fair deal."
With more than $ 250mio from about 50 companies in the last three years, one could consider a value of $ 2,5 billion for 500 companies (simple math). Reduce this with 20% because of the litigations and USPTO hazzle and you come up with $ 2 billion as a possible value of the MMP (if the patents stay valid).
So the question is:
At which price would "someone" start to be interested in the MMP - and at which price would TPL (or Moore?) and PTSC be interested to sell?
If I was RG, I'd take $ 500 mio NOW and make some smart deals with this money.
