If the TPL & PTSC Agreements are legally defective, against regulatory policy, or professionally deficient, does PTSC have legal recourse against those individuals, (as their client) who negotiated, drafted and reviewed the documents on our behalf ?

I'll answer that if you'll answer me this one question with a simple yes or no response:

"Have you stopped beating your wife yet?"

By asking your question, it is being suggested that Mr Goerner has not looked at the situation regarding the Agreement and is somehow deficient in his position as CEO, in my very humble opinion.

As to my question, answer in the affirmative and the implication is that one used to beat her, in the negative and it implies that one continues to do so.
