StrictlyIMO,I think we will see a blockbuster PR soon concerning MMP.I have no idea what it will entail, but my gut tells me it is coming.

Personally I hope that is NOT the case.

Until the USPTO situation is resolved, to our benefit of course, I hope we don't see any licenses, or even the speculated upon sale of any portion of the MMP.

Any dealings by PTSC with the MMP at this time will be done from a point of weakness and disadvantage. Our strength in negotiating anything pertaining to the MMP is greatly weakened until we resolve through whatever means it takes(negotiations with PTO, appeals, courts) to get to the point where we can ask(demand) for the true worth of the patents and/or a license. As an example, we can see what a measly amount Asustek signed for and I'm betting the last two announced, right after the final rejection, were nothing but the same....pennies on the dollar because of the loss of strength in any negotiations.

So I hope your gut feeling is no more than some hunger pangs for a lot higher revenue stream thatn we've seen in the last 3-4 quarters. Myself, I can wait to see what actions occur, by us, in fighting the PTO opinions...our resolve and bravado in demanding what we deem to be incorrect opinions, about our claims, to be overturned, will lend more insight into future MMP revenues.

As was pointed out yesterday on the CC, the ongoing problem is now cash to fund not only the fight against the PTO, but also the other M&A activities. RG noted more than once yesterday that most if not all of our other business ventures would be positive cash flow( not necessarily profitable) within 2-4 quarters. I'm hoping for the best but that is still long time to go with a negative cash-flow. The sooner our other entities support themselves, cash-wise, the easier it will be for this stock to rebound.
