Its unfortunate for us shareholder's that RG is not more forth-coming with us. The apparent complete lack of transparency is obviously indicative of why the share price is in the tank. This lack of honesty feeds the distrust that now prevails over PTSC and raises questions about the integrity and character of our management. The questions being raised by this board concerning PTSC are certainly valid and reasonable and warrant being answered by RG. Let us shareholder's deal with the truth to make our investment decision. Hopefully, the truth would help instill in us more faith and confidence in the management and their ability to do what is right for us. Its interesting that RG has accummulated 400K PTSC shares during his tenure. I don't think or believe he would have done so unless he too expected appreciation in value. Of course, he had the benefit of "insider information" he is denying us, which is obviously not right. Hope it isn't a case of him putting "lip-stick" on a "PIG".

It does amaze me how PTSC managemnet has made managing so complicated, obviously there is a good deal of "greed" and "ego" in play and that will destroy PTSC or prevent it from envolving into a healthy vibrant entity unless corrected now and I hope that RG takes the opportunity on Tuesday to answer all questions honestly and completely
