that's what I'ver never understood during the reex. process. I am not an expert in EE-patents, but the reex.-answers and counter patents from the USPTO seems to me not the best ones. However, the decisions were made based on the done investigations.

IMO, TPL must be able to counter this BS. Well, I takes time and money. Furthermore, Mr. Moore isn't satisfied anymore. Sad storry.....
