You do not "know" there is a huge amount of negotiatins going on behind the scenes. You do not "know" that there are a lot of licences being purchased in Europe. This is completely irresponsible posting. What you've stated is probably very far from the truth and you can not prove otherwise. You could really hurt someone who reads what you've written, believes it and invests in the stock based on what you've written.
