Having watched this forum since the Charles Moore debacle arose...

Having watched this forum since the Charles Moore debacle arose, I find it disturbing how a mob-like mentality has taken hold.
Shareholders deserve the respect of a company and important information from it concerning their investment in it. But to have the shareholders forming what looks like (based on the reading of the majority of posts) a mob who's objective seems to be fueled by a need to inflict a commensurate amount of financial pain onto Patriot as they have experienced themselves is very troubling to me. That is the proverbial "cutting off of the nose to spite the face."
A moment of pause....
Herd behavior describes how individuals in a group can act together without planned direction. The term pertains to the behavior of animals in herds, flocks, and schools, and to human conduct during activities such as stock market bubbles and crashes, street demonstrations, sporting events, episodes of mob violence and even everyday decision making, judgment and opinion forming.

There continue to exist many unclear issues regarding the health of the MMP and the state of TPL and their relationship with Moore, and what impact these issues may have on Patriot. But, I have yet to read on this forum a clear and defined basis for the suggested Class Action suit or other similar actions; all I have seen is the angst of the many piled onto unclear suggestions of a select few.
I will not be able to listen to the webcast in a live fashion, but I expect it will be civilized, with forthright and pointed questions and concerns verbalized by shareholders. I also expect that Management will provide direct answers to the questions and address the concerns in an informative way and to the fullest extent they are allowed. I have submitted my questions - the majority of which parallel those submitted by the forum through rosewood - and have been assured that they will be addressed. I reserve further comment until then.
My respect to all and thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts and opinions. I hope that you feel your time was not wasted.
Cheers,
DG
