Second it is not about taking control over the company, but to install a strong counterweight to the BoD - or at least discussing, if it could be possible.

Third I tend to share your sentiment regarding the success of a shareholder class action suit and I don't want it to happen. But do you have any idea, what we could do, if the shareholder call is only about the bright future of Crossflo in 2013??? This company was built up on a completely new base in 2004/2005: the MMP as core revenue stream for M&A. Even the current presentation of PTSC speaks of the MMP as the main money income for M&A. And suddenly the MMP "vanishes" and the company refuses to talk about the "opportunities and activities"?

If you have any idea, how we change the current "style of communications" without forming a powerful shareholder group, I'll immediately follow you.
