"...UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED to back up your demands with attempts to legally force them to respond."

This is exactly the point, when I meant, I'm neither US-native nor do I know the US-legal system, because the main goal of the special meeting would be to get in the position to force them to answer (and therefore you have to know the legal system).

So the steps" would be

- first to bundle the shareholders to get over 103million shares

- then to develop a legal strategy

- and to hold the meeting with the information to the management, that further steps will been taken, if they continue to act like they do now.

All this provided the company is withholding material information regarding the MMP. For example, wasn't it at least misleading by RG to tell the MMP is still working/alive (I have to look at the specific phrase) with regards to the Asustek MMP-purchase, when this purchase was just some dollars compared to the millions we received from Nokia, HP, Bosch or others?

Wouldn't this dramatic decline in the results of the license business to be seen as a material event? Above all if you remember, that the PTSC website was focussed on the MMP until the beginning of January 2009. Which means at this time the Asustek deal was important regarding the most important source of revenue at this time - the MMP.
