If we own 50% of the MMP, we should most definitely have a Shareholder Representative, appointed by us.

As Brian had a bad experience with them, he may not be willing to enter the lion's den again. However, if that's the case, there are several very capable people on this board who might be willing to give us the representation we need; un-muzzled, of course.
