I was merely observing that at no point during that four year span were you sufficiently concerned as to voice your opinions of them.

As absolutely nothing was said, the implication was that at least all was as well as could be expected.

Obviously, had you any real concerns, your principles would not have allowed you to remain silent to the group you were representing, we the shareholders.
