Looking back, IMO Biajj was someone that PTSC worried about. He was someone that could be a thorn in their side as he united shareholders on this forum and demanded accoutability. PTSC found a way to keep him close and silence him with an NDA. Any suggestions by Biajj were probably in one ear and out the other.
But I believe the MMP is still worth a lot with the right people in control of it. I once thought TPL was the right people with thier reverse engineering, tough talk and the lawyer that said the MMP was a litigators dream like having a patent on water.
Turns out TPL and PTSC were a bunch of crooks, caring more about how much of the pie they could get rather than concentrating on the MMP and getting some real license money out of infringers. All in a cloud of secrecy. Who knows what plans they have for the MMP down the road.
Moore imo is a good man that got mixed up with some real clowns at TPL and PTSC.
With RG failing to discuss the most important part of PTSC we own, the MMP, in his upcoming shareholder webcast. Brings up some real questions as to who hired him and for what purpose. Someone needs to step in and get control of the MMP from a management perspective. Purhaps Leckrone should answer to RG on MMP matters going forwar. The USPTO and the licensing seems to be mismanaged. RG and the BOD are making good money without owning very many shares. Perhaps the plan now is to bleed the rest of the money into their salaries and close shop.
The fact is we the shareholders of PTSC own the lions share of the MMP 50 %. We should be in the communication loop and deserve better than what we're getting.
As I said I still think the MMP is worth a lot. How or what TPL or PTSC are planning to do with it is another matter.
Biajj imo can be trusted and we should be listening to him he can lead shareholders as he once did before he was muzzled by PTSC.
All the best,
Steve
