One factor in your question that makes sense to me, Moore's agitation about his not "owning" the MMP anymore. I would be very upset if someone was trying to sell something I owned. Especially if they were in control of the sale and who recieved the money ( percentages ). And what if I didn't want to sell and they said we are selling it anyway? I can see how this recent outrage by Moore could very well be the reason to support your theory. It could be a sale or it could be a transfer/reassignment. Something like the California Lottery initiative on the ballot where the profits to come will be sold now for cash upfront. The CA ballot measure may not pass because not everyone is in agreement. Similarly, if you consider Moore, PTSC and TPL as a group of voters, they may not be in agreement because of their own percieved values relative to their own individual needs.
If not a sale then I believe something intriguing is about to happen. Moore is rocking the boat because it is not sailing where he thought it would be going?
