I know - meet Captain Obvious. I believe the reason Moore set-up his website was to pizz-off Leckrone to no end. He knows first hand how secretive he and the BOD like to keep things. A "tell all" website is a great way to kick Leckrone where it counts. As others pointed out, the whole shareholder rep thing sounded absurd. A shareholder rep that signs an NDA and isn't privy to any insider info??? Can't communicate with other shareholders? Wierd! Someone should tell them that keeping everything a big secret doesn't exactly help the SP.
