    3. CHM releases, acquits and agrees to hold TPL and its representatives harmless with respect to all claims of whatsoever kind or nature related to the preparation, execution and delivery of this ComAg
    4. CHM has sought and received the advice of independent counsel and is in no way relying on any advice or representations of TPL or its representatives

    I am unable to access Exhibit D. It's getting complicated, which is probably why PTSC has requested removal of the "Moore v TPL" page: complications may result in further delays, in my very humble opinion.
