Yes. An extra zero would be nice but not realistic, imo, considering the recent events of 336 and 148. I know things can certainly turn around in a hurry if good news comes our way but even if there is an appeal, that's another waiting game, i.e. 1-2 years???? And how does this affect the current legal battle with the T's. More unanswered questions.

So much at stake and a bunch of 'what if's'. Even if all goes well and USPTO re-validates the patents, will license fees incease in amount an number? and if so, how much? No assurance that fees will go up. And just because the patents are re-validated, doesn't mean that every company will get in line to ante up. There will be future legal battles with companies that insist that they don't infringe....which means more legal fees. MMP profits are considerably diminished by the cost of licensing and litigation costs.

I wished there was an easy solution to this madness but for me, I'll take the cash and to hell with TPL and company.
