This morning I found the following survey of CEO compensation. The link is offered below. These are all companies with billions of dollars of revenue. I have not found a survey for small companies closer in size to PTSC. (I must admit I haven’t tried very hard, just lazy.) While some have said that RG is overly compensated none have offered what they considered a reasonable level of compensation. I’m confident that the amount some of them might suggest would not lure any attractive or qualified candidates to the position. The question of compensation for the members of the board of directors is a separate issue to which I offer no opinion.
