of why no court filing by Moore (of a falling out 6 mos ago)to halt the TPL licensing effort (licenses are still continuing) if ownership is in question...... Funny stuff if there's a battle for control of something yet to be determined if there's any actual value in.......Funny stuff of how something so material to shareholders is actually not material in reporting to shareholders.........
