Moore found out about the ownership disagreement back in August of 2008. Did Moore or TPL tell anyone about it? Within the framework of our master agreement, would they not have a duty to divulge that kind of info to PTSC? And if PTSC knew, would they not have a duty to divulge it, as soon as it became known? Have to look to see if PTSC's master agreement with TPL sheds any light.
