Be interesting to see how many licences come out of Europe before any '336 updates.

Of all the possible German companies which could have requested nullity of the patent, it still remains a conundrum as to why it was DT. Were they trying to discover validity pre licensing? Were they trying to nullify to avoid infringement litigation?

Might there be more licences in the pipeline from elsewhere, including the US?
