Possibly, when considering the Crossflo PR was information already somewhat known. We also don't know of the other signing/contract that RG couldn't give any details about (either Nov. or Dec SH letter by my recollection). Others may believe the signings are a result of analyzing the final rejection, in which I would be concerned of fire sale rates being given to raise cash or pay bills........

All I know is the next CC is shaping up to be a doozy IMO.......
