Maybe so, but as I'm sure you're aware, the canned response is: Due to SEC Rules, we can not comment - or simply - we can't comment. Typically, you don't want to walk that close to the line or anywhere near the line. I'm sure TPL has informed Patriot's IS rep that she can not discuss the Patent case - on more than one occasion. An experienced IS rep would simply state: we can't comment. All in my humble opinion.
