We didn't get the PR on the Germany ruling for quite some time after it was brought up on this board. This is the reason why I don't think we'll get an update on the USPTO's final any time soon.

I want to believe that Patriot is keeping us in the dark (as usual) for a "good/profitable" reason. Unfortuanately, this belief usually leads to disappointment. The consensus on this board is usually "dead on" when it comes to Patriot. The only time I can think of that we were totally blindsided was the J-3 debacle.
