Since they killed 336 what patent will take its place?

Since they killed 336 what patent will take its place?

I sounds really strange that the whole patent was killed. and for years No other patent was awarded before or since that covers what we had in 336. Now that 336 is supposedly dead. I just wonder what company has sumitted a like patent with the wording to suit the PTO. THIS PATENT WAS KILLED. to make way for some other patent to take its place. JMHO

I have got to say RG is losing creditabilty fast without addressing this problem with the shareholders.
