The 5,825 number I quoted containing asynchronous in claims was only pre-grant applications. Add another 9,462 for issued patents. Total 15,287. Not sure if there is any overlap in the two databases but, in any case, the number is quite large and I would assume that there must be quite a few eyes watching. Opty
