I understand the nuisance fee concept.............The longs know from years of becoming experts on our case , most if not all of big Corp America would rather fight than die...........These Co's would not have paid a DIME if they thought after EXTENSIVE research that our patents were bogus........

You ONLY pay the nuisance fee when you believe that there is a very good chance that you might lose.........

Do i think that the PTO examiners are as bright and capable as the brightest minds that represent these 53 company's..........The answer is NO......

Hopefully RG will be permitted to tells us the entire story, as now IT APPEARS that playing by the rules does not work.........
