OK OK so when are we going to have a response or PR from our company?

Today? This Thursday? By Friday? After the bell Friday? Will it take a while because they are working on an appeal and want to announce that? Has anyone been able to speak with someone directly from the company or received and email reply? Are they waiting for some news from Crossflo or Holocom or ? as a counter balance? How long does it take to formally appeal the USPTO ruling?
