Those are my points exactly. These guys have clearly interpreted the information the way they see fit. I see what Jonah is pointing out but the assumption would have to be made that every examiner in the room was wrong. IMO, that's one hell of a hill to climb. We may hate their interpretation but after 2 years of presenting our side how could we possibly change their minds now? To me it would make the entire organization look like idiots. I just don't see an appeals board going against them after all there research. I hope like hell I'm wrong.
