It would seem that USPTO rulings would carry significant weight in the international community

This would appear to imply that you think that the '336 is no longer valid. It is my understanding that a patent remains valid until such time that there is a Certificate of Reexamination issued.

The final action is therefore still a "work in prgress" in my very humble opinion.
